1st time using an auto transporter

I posted a request for quotes to ship from Maryland to Nevada. Almost immediately my reader was filling-up and telephone calls were arriving. I became overwhelmed with data. but there was a couple of things that separated Magic Carpet from the rest of the pack

1) In their email they provided links to validate who they were and asked me to verify their claims
2) They provided "tips" as to what to do and what not to do in preparing my car

When Sue followed up to her email the very first thing she asked me was:
" have you ever shipped a car before and do you understand the process?"

That simple question became the DEAL MAKER for me! She was focusing on the customer needs and establish a baseline that she was there to help me through the process.

Were there some bumps in the process, yes. But through constant communication from the time I accepted Magic Carpets offer until my car was unloaded at the destination we had a two way open-line, sharing information.

Those lines of communication spilled over between the actual transport driver and me while en route. He even arrived at the destination earlier than promised.

I am a Happy Camper .... Thank You Magic Carpet ... I'd use you again ... maybe soon ;-)
