The customer service from both Magic Carpet Xport and 5th Wheel Xport (the carrier) was exceptional. Greg BaIey kept me informed about the move and Yuriy (the driver) contacted me 4 times to let me know what his progress was and his arrival time and location. Our Mini Cooper arrived in perfect condition and the follow up by Greg Bailey and Magic Carpet was not only timely but much appreciated.
