This is an uncompensated review of both Carrier and Broker. The number of brokers and range of experiences make car shipping more complicated than it should be.

Broker: Greg was transparent throughout the process: His initial quote was a $150 brokerage fee and 50 cents/mile (open). After 1 week or so of the car not moving, we increased the price to 69 cents/mile (enclosed) with a brokerage fee of $100.

Carrier (BPU express): John was an honest/straight forward driver to work with. I drove 30 min to meet him (not an issue for me) and he was on-time, curteous, professional, and did a thorough inspection. He always picked up the cell phone when I called. He delivered the car on-time (to our doorstep) as promised in the same condition/mileage as before.

The only minor critique I have is: I wish I did not have to prompt the carrier for the Bill of Lading. Not really an issue (it was early morning).

I spent lots of time researching this and in the end: just picked the top rated company on this website. I would do business again with either Carrier or Broker.
