Although the truck driver was few days late in delivery (MC has no control), Brianna was always on top of everything, quick to answer phone and my questions. Carr arrived rather dirty, but the guy had to drive through winter weather, plus I CHOSE open transport. Once washed car was emmaculate. Overall happy with experience, and thanks to Brianna for putting up with my worried phone calls.
