I'm really happy with the service that Sue and Magic Transport have provided to us. At first, quote is too high, but Sue is very professional and friendly to give us a matching price to other companies ( because I have searched and called around to check the price). Among different offers from lots of auto transport companies, I picked this one because of Sue. She is really great with a good customer service. She spent around 40 mintues to explain for me the process how the car transports. She tried to convince me how professional her company is and that's true. The car comes in one piece and is not lost anything. It comes on time. The truck only park away 2 min driving away from my home. I understand why the driver did not park in front of my house because that is a big long truck, he must find some where that is able to turn or Uturn. It only took 3 days from CA to TX. FYI, I don't get pay to say like this, but it's just an appriciation to Sue, the company and also the driver, so I think I should give a review here.
