I absolutely loved working with Casey because he is really down to earth and made me feel comfortable about using 2 companies to ship my car from the Midwest to Hawaii. This is sometimes a complicated and hard decision to make, but he explained everything to me clearly and let me know what would happen step by step. I called 5 different companies and decided to go with Magic Carpet because he was friendly. He seems very honest and willing to go the extra mile with anything I needed. I think that if there were any issues, he would be there to offer support. I am very picky, but I think he gives 5 star service with an auto transport! Thank you Casey!!
