Magic Carpet did an excellent job on my car shipping. My car was shipped from a remote town in Michigan to California in 4 days (not exactly sure how that is possible), and delivered on a flatbed to my house.

I thought their customer service was honest (I worked with Don E), and they knew what they were doing. Don explained the process to me, and told me what to expect on the transport.After contracting them, I had an arranged pickup date within a few days, and my car was on a truck in about a week. I also appreciated that they were not overbearing on the amount of e-mails sent when I had asked for a quote.

Prior to contracting, I had checked multiple sites, and the Better Business Bureau ranking, and they had good ratings, and I can see why.

If I need to ship another car, I will use them again.
