This was my first time ever having a car transported and didn't understand how the process worked. Magic Carpet Auto Transport is a broker. Most of the auto transport places are brokers, this means that they do not move any cars. They just find a driver that is willing to move your car in your budget.

With this kind of service its kind of the luck of the draw I guess who you get.
I called to book the transport on a Wed and by next Wed they had a transport. I ended up with
Western Distributing Company. We arranged a pickup for Sunday. There was excellent communication from the driver, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! A+ to all involved!

Casey was very helpful and answered all the questions I had.

Great experience all the way!
