Greg Bailey gave me the best customer service I have ever received in my life. Even after I put him through a bunch of nonsense (from being disorganized on my end) he was nothing but patient and positive. I have never submitted a review for anything before, but after my first encounter with this guy I asked him if I could talk to his supervisor or some one to let them know how great of a guy he is. He needs to be running seminars or something showing these other lames how customer service is supposed to be done.
