Amazing service from Kathy Ashlock!

This is the second time using Magic Carpet Auto Transport. My boyfriend has used them two or three times, and each of our experiences have been great. This particular time I used Kathy Ashlock and she was very informative and found a driver for me sooner than expected which was nice. Although I've used them once before, I am still inexperienced and unsure of how the whole process works, so Kathy was very helpful in answering any questions I had and willing to work with my tight schedule around the holidays. The carrier Kathy found to pick up my car was great in letting me know the drivers approximate location before pick up. He ended up being a day late which worked out fine. Also, magic carpet has been very flexible in working with me and my schedule. They definitely want to make their customers satisfied and everyone I've ever spoke to on the phone has been so nice and helpful. I will definitely be using them again when I ship my car back east again next spring!
