Magic Carpet Auto Transport is a great broker to use bottom line. They tell it straight, are very knowledgable, very prompt at answering and returning phone calls. They can set your mind at ease when dealing with the shady world of auto transport. This company has 5 stars because its workers care about you. I dealt directly with Don Edwards, he was great. Hes a real straight shooter. We put my car out on the trucking website to be picked up and unfortunately it did not get picked up right off the bat. Don warned me that quote was a bit low for the times but he wanted to give it a shot, they want to save you money. They dont just throw a huge number at there. I called Don 3 days later after the fact and even though nobody picked up my offer, he had personally contacted a few auto transporters that they use often and set up some deals for me to decide on. I decided on Quality Relocation Services, Inc, (509) 487-2685. Don had good experiences with them. I will review their company seperately but since this website would like you to mention your actual auto transport experience I will just say dont use Qaulity Relocation Services. See their name on this website for my review on them. Back to the good stuff though in Magic Carpet. They dont charge very much for their service and if you are new to shipping a vehicle they can really help out. Don gave me his personal cell phone to contact him with any problems or questions I may have. The night my car finally arrived by the crappy Quality Relocation Service people I had an issue with them. I called Don on his cell and mind you this was at like 7:30PM at night. I put the phone on speaker and Don told the driver what was going to happen and really set the guy straight. He had my back through the whole process. So I would say to use Magic Carpet Auto Transport and ask for Don Edwards for help. Dont use Quality Relocaction Services though. Quality has nothing to do with Magic Carpet either and after they heard what Quality pulled they will no longer be using their services either.
