Casey was great!
The shipping coordinator overbooked the truck and the driver was put in a hard situation. They had to unload cars, load my truck, and leave a car with me for a day. The driver was knowledgeable and and professional and made the best of the situation. My vehicle was undamaged and delivered on time. The dropped vehicle was picked up the next day...but there was a moment of unnecessary chaos caused by the transport carrier supv/scheduler.
I would use Magic Carpet again, but I would caution them to thoroughly brief the transport coordinator not to over book his carrier.
