I used Magic Carpet Auto Transport to transport my daughters car from New York to Washington State; Casey Jackson was my Account Executive.

Casey managed every step of the process as a professional.

The whole process was not without its challenges, primarily because of carrier, not Magic Carpet. The carrier called me during my daughters college graduation dinner. Precisely on the day I specifically said I would not be available.

Unfortunately the driver had a heavy accent and it was almost impossible for me to understand him. I finally understood the driver was asking me to drive about 20 miles to meet him at some freeway exit on the other side of the Hudson River.

I called Casey, rather upset, Casey stepped in and told me not to worry about it and he would take care of it. Then next call I received from the driver was about an hour later and he was about a quarter mile from the pickup location. The pickup when fine, although it was about 8:30 at night.

Bottom line, my car was delivered to my home in good shape in the estimated time provided by the carrier.

Would I use Magic Carpet Auto Transport again? Yes, I would use Magic Carpet again and I would request Casey too.
