Sue was sure to follow up with me when I had little to no help from the carriers whatsoever. She took a frustrating process and made it so much easier for me and made my life better. The carrier sucked ass but she definitely did SOMETHING to imply to them to get my car to me ASAP. Whatever she did worked because my car arrived a day earlier than the later date that they had given me. She'll fight tooth & nail for you and I would definitely just contact her directly next time instead of shopping around for another. Thanks Sue!!
