Great Cutomer Service.$$'s comes second....

I guess with this being my first car shipping i had all sorts of questions and concerns and upon talking around with few different brokers and all providing me almost same amt for shipping i just went ahead with one of highest rated brokers in here.
And this had paid out beautifully.
I worked primarily with Kaleigh and within a day they were able to get me a shipper at the $25 above the initial rate but unfortunately i had to turn first shipper from my side,however they were able to find me another one in couple of days and i had my car picked up in eve and it reached destination early in morning.
The shipper was meticulous in inspecting the car,even the car wash scratches were noted before loading and i received it in exact same condition.It was a over night trip for him,but i never thought shipper would show early in morning,i was expecting it some time in noon.

I had communicated to Kaleigh that if my car would be picked up over the weekend i would give the driver more unfortunately that did not happen but due to miscommunication when my shipper asked me more money(car was picked up mid week).The magic carpet promptly stepped in and reduced their fees/brokerage ,such that i did not have to shell more.
Five * * * * * for them for this,this shows that they do care about customers and not just $$
Another Five * * * * * for Kaleigh for closing this out very well.

My shipper was Special Service LLC and driver was a great guy-prompt n all.
