I called Magic Carpet during the summer, which let me just say, I learned can be the most expensive time of the year to ship your car. Any way, I ended up working with a girl named Kaleigh and she helped me get my car to Arizona problem free. From the beginning I knew that she was telling me the truth about how the industry actually worked, because I had spoken to so many people and they all seemed so fishy. As soon as she explained everything, it all made sense. I decided to book with her and she made sure that everything happened the way it was supposed to. My car got to AZ with no damage and relatively quick. If I need to ship again I'll give her a call for sure. I also recommend asking for her when you call in because she will explain the industry really well and make you feel a lot more comfortable about shipping your car.
