I decided to use Magic Carpet Auto Transport for my move from Des Moines, IA to Boston, MA in June 2012. I used a different 5 star transport broker on a previous move which turned out to be a disaster (late pickup, late delivery, everyone wanted more money, etc), so I was a little hesitant to use a broker I found on the same site. But thankfully, I was wrong!

The 5 star reviews of Magic Carpet are definitely true. Specifically, my experience with Holly Burton at Magic Carpet was flawless. She was very responsive and quick to return calls and emails. The quote was in the middle range of all other quotes received, and it stayed that way (unlike my prior experience with the other broker). My car was picked up and dropped off exactly within the window agreed upon.

This was an excellent experience overall and I would not hesitate to recommend Magic Carpet and Holly to friends and family. I will definitely use again! Thanks!
