What Does 5 Stars Get you?

Using a 5-star broker doesn't assure you that the actual auto carrier is also highly rated. I paid $1600 (later reduced to $1355 by both broker and carrier) for transport from east coast to Northwest WA, but 2-star carrier never delivered as broker promised. Had to drive 100 miles to junk-yard terminal to pick up car. So, make sure your 5-star broker also gets a 5-star carrier to deliver your car....otherwise reject carrier or get new broker. My lesson learned the hard way is for your education.

MICHELLE HENRIKSBO 360-553-4213 michelle@magiccarpetautotransport. David, I am sorry for the way the carrier handled things on this transport. We do not always have control of the carriers chosen on certain transports. I had felt really bad originally as this is not how or transports are handled on a regular basis. That is why I took so much off our broker fee to help alleviate some of the financial strain and time lost you were faced with. We will not use carriers regularly who treat our customers this way. I can promise you that. On behalf of my management team and myself our heartfelt apologies for the way things went for you!!
