Exceptional service, timely delivery, competitive price - great car shipper!

I did a lot of research on car shipping companies before settling on Magic Carpet. The price was in line with others, and totally worth it for getting my car promptly. (Read some of the horror stories on this site before going with a lowball offer.) The whole experience went so smoothly. The customer service provided by Shaun was exceptional, and I don't use that term lightly - it was truly exceptional. I had a few unique issues - such living on a narrow dirt road and not having a destination address when I first setup service, but no sweat. Shaun worked it all out with me, made the process easy, and consistently checked in to make sure everything was on track. My car was actually picked up the night before it was scheduled to go, which was fine with me. It arrived exactly when they said - and the driver was very polite and helpful as well (see my review of Avora). I highly recommend this company to anyone shipping a vehicle! Thank you, Shaun!
