I was not knowledgeable about the process and was very uncertain how I could rely on shippers I didn't know! I was shipping two cars to my new home. Kaleigh walked me thru it more than once, with patience and professionalism. Once when she was not on duty, I spoke to one of her co-workers with a question and had good service from that person as well. One wrinkle was that when the transporter got to my house, he wanted me to pay in cash when I reached my destination, but I told him I couldn't do that because I didn't have a bank in the west yet and didn't want to carry that much cash on me. I told him I would give him a treasurer's check, and get in touch with Kaleigh, and although he seemed reluctant, he took my cars. I later called Kaleigh and ask her to check this out. She called his company and they agreed the transporter would accept a treasurer's check made payable to the driver. My cars were picked up on time and they were delivered on time. I didn't see any damage to the cars. The transporter took good care of them. Kaliegh was a great resource during the entire process.
