Long Distance transport experience

Deciding on a transport co. for long a distance move was difficult. I was flooded with so many offers once I started the research & tried to research them all. I finally used the transport reviews website and narrowed my search down to 5 star companies. While talking to various reps, I started to understand how this service works & how last" minute" the final details were going to be.

Jon Posey explained the process very well & it matched what I had heard from others. He took the time to answer questions & we even talked about backup plans if the car wasn't picked up on the exact day requested.

The only scare came when I talked to him a few days before pickup date & he was having difficulty finding a carrier in my area. He assured me he would devote the next few hours to finding one and I received a call that day that it was arranged. I was very relieved.

The driver contacted me and kept me informed & the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Jon was very professional & I feel he did an excellent job. I would use him & Magic Carpet Auto again.
