I originally contact another company to have my daughter's car shipped to her collage in Arizona. I contact this company two weeks prior to when I wished the car to be delivered there. They told me no problems and that it would be picked up and delivered as requested. The days went by and nothing happened. I tried to contact them by phone and e-mail to inquire when they were to coming for the car, I got no reply. It was only after I left them an e-mail to cancel the contract that they got back to me.
They gave me a song and dance about looking for a carrier. I told them forget it and contact Magic Carpet to see if they could help me. Casey Jackson from Magic Carpet heard my request and made things happen. Within an hour he set me up with a carrier and within 3 hours my daughters car was load on the truck and off to Arizona.
Casey called back to make sure everything was O.K.and I was satisfied, marvelous!
