I called Magic Carpet Auto Transport after I had tried to use, and gotten frustrated by the service I got from another company (Stateway Auto Transport). The lady that picked up the phone, Kathy Ashlock was EXTREMELY helpful and patient and she helped me cancel my order from Stateway and put in my order from Magic Carpet instead. It was an unbelievably pleasant and rewarding experience, especially since I was still angry at the way I was treated at Stateway Auto.

My car was eventually confirmed the same day and I was scheduled soon after. My initial experience with Stateway Auto had made me wary of auto transport companies, but the level of professional and knowledgeable customer service I got from Magic Carpet by Kathy has made me decide to use Magic Carpet for all my auto transport needs , if they ever should arise, and to inform others of the excellent level of service rendered there.
