Had to write a review, even though my car hasn't been picked up yet. This is a review about our customer service rep, Kathy Ashlock... I had to update our order, not once but twice - and Kathy was so professional and pleasant about the changes. She bent over backward to make our difficult pick-up and deliver schedule work, and she made me feel terrific, despite the changes I had to make at the last minute. I feel like she is in touch with our needs, and that she is staying on top of the entire order.
I feel completely comfortable handing over the car to her driver for the long trip from New Jersey to Missouri! If the pick-up and delivery go as well as my interaction with Kathy, I will be a very VERY happy customer.
P.S. This is not a baloney courtesy review, it's truly heartfelt. I don't know if people can request a particular person to work with, but I wanted people to know that she is lovely. If someone reads this at Magic Carpet, please tell Kathy that one of her customers is really glad that she is the person who picked up the phone when I called!
