I recently moved from Chicago to Houston, and moving across the country is an incredibly stressful task. I worked with Craig, who helped make this experience very positive. He was knowledgeable, honest and pleasant to work with. I also appreciated his follow up call to see if my car arrived safely.
The driver was a few hours late to pick up the car, but was right on schedule to meet me in Houston. He even was nice enough to meet me at Hertz as I was dropping off my rental, and my car couldn't have came out better.
