After contacting Felicia at Magic Carpet Transport, she continued to keep us posted day by day as to when a transport company was available to transport our Jeep Commander to South Carolina. She was very professional, courteous and to the point as to approximate estimates for the cost of the transport. The transport company arrived at the approximate time for pick-up and they were very professional in their business transactions. The vehicle was delivered very close to the time stated. The vehicle was not damaged in any way and was delivered to the address given. I wanted to state again that Felicia of Magic Carpet transport was an excellent agent for this transport. She was actually in charge of another transport that was delivered to our home on the day that the other vehicle was sent out. She gave me all the information requested and that vehicle, Chevy Surburban was delivered without problem or incident. I would definitely use Magic Carpet Transport again for any further transactions. Thanks Felicia for your promptness and honesty throughout the transaction.
