John was extremely helpful, even when things went wrong. My pickup was originally scheduled with Avanti Auto Transport, through John at Magic Carpet. The day of pickup, I had to call them to find out what to expect from the driver, and was told that the truck was still in a shop in St. Louis and probably wouldn't get to me for another six days. I was leaving on a plane in three, so that really didn't help much [moral of the story, don't use Avanti - their communication is horrible]. I called John, and within two hours he called back with another carrier that pulled through fantastically and picked my car up the next day. I was extremely pleased with John's service.
