It was a very professional engagement - right from the first contact to the follow-up call after the delivery was made at the final destination. It was a clear case of WYHIWYG ("What you Hear, is What you Get"). What I liked the most is that there were no surprises all along. All the "targets" were met as follows:
1. The final price was under what was quoted.
2. The pick-up happened on the day it was scheduled.
3. I was kept informed of the in-transit progress.
4. The car was delivered on the promised date and in perfectly good condition (just how it was loaded).
5. I did receive the courtesy call (post delivery) to ensure that everything was in order (which it certainly was).

I would recommend Magic Carpet to any one wanting to transport their vehicle, especially the first timers. Their customer service was real top class!
