I was helping my son ship a big truck from Ore. to Ca.I have never shipped a car before and found an overwhelming number of carriers who wanted my business and submitted bids online. I did consumer research and found Magic Carpet Auto transport highly rated and their bid was very fair compared to others I received.
My contact person, Sue Garrison, was most informative about how the brokerage process worked and went out of her way when I found out from my son that my description of the truck was not totally accurate and needed to be re-posted. She spent extra time putting the deal together and I am 100% satisfied.
I would recommend Magic Carpet transport and especially, Sue Garrison, to anyone needing this type of service.
