We called Magic Carpet in March and we worked with Kaleigh Montgomery. She was our representative from the beginning to the very end. Our car shipped at the end of March, which was still within the 1week timeframe for pickup. The driver was very kind and proffessional at both pickup and delivery. Our rep, Kaleigh, always kept in contact with my husband and I, and we really appreciated the honest and dedicated customer service she provided. Should we ever be in the market to ship another vehicle in the future, we will definitely contact Magic Carpet and ask to work with Kaleigh again. We also will recommended this service to anyone looking to ship a car. Thank you Magic Carpet.
