For what I thought would be a huge hassle, this has been an extremely easy process. My customer service representative Casey has been knowledgeable, patient and friendly, and available to answer any questions that I have had. The shipping process was explained to me in detail and the car is due to ship out within one day of my requested time. I would highly recommend this company because customer service is what makes the difference, and Magic Carpet Auto Transport really excels in this area.
