Felicia was extremely professional, very responsive, was honest, clearly explained the process and above all, kept me informed of what was going on. She made me feel like she was looking out for my best interest and how she would do it if it were her car. Being a first time user of an auto transport company I was very concerned about all of the uncertainty around the process. My SUV arrived much sooner than expected and was in perfect condition. Felicia did an outstanding job and I am pleased that I selected Magic Carpet.
