I had to have my car shipped from Oceanside, CA to Demarest, NJ. Got quotes from two representatives at Magic Carpet because they were transferring to a new computer system, so some initial confusion there, but both reps were very helpful and informative. This wasn't the first time I've shipped a car, and they were informative, but not condescending like some others.

I ended up working with Michelle, and she worked with me to adjust the price in a way that would work for me and for getting my car picked up in time. I had a short window, and she found a shipper within a few hours! The shipper picked up the car on time and was professional, and it was even ready to be delivered on the other end a day early! We ended up having the delivery "delayed" to be delivered on time since the car actually beat us to NJ since we were driving cross country as well. We had some back-and-forth with the shipper on the other end who didn't speak English well and who didn't think he'd fit in the street, but it all worked out. The car was covered with dead bugs, but a car wash took care of that.

Overall, I was VERY satisfied with the broker, and somewhat satisfied with the shipper.
