                        This customer didn't let us know of add on equipment and the extra cab space.  We sent a truck out and because of the customer we weren't able to pick it up.  
Our Terms and conditions clearly states that when a client gives us false and misleading information about the vehicle they are trying to transport, and we send a carrier out that can't take the load based on information provided by the client then there is a fee.
