Service was perfect. Stephanie was excellent- always professional and quick to get back to me. The trucking company was the one that was late in picking up the car. . .not Magic Carpet Auto Transport. Similarly, we had a minor damage to the roof of my car upon pickup in Hawaii at the port- however, it was Matson's fault (the shipping company), not necesarily Magic Carpet Auto Transport, and Matson is covering the damage in full. The car came really quick and I would definitely use them again. I would highly recommend them to any one else. In fact, I have.
