Magic Carpet was the most expensive quote that I received initially. However, when I called the company and spoke with Michelle, she agreed to match another transport company. She was friendly and extremely helpful walking me through the process. I received a call from her within a couple of hours that someone would be picking my car up the next day. Couldn't have planned it better if I had done my own scheduling! Cam, the driver, was on time and as well as polite and informative. The car arrived in DC a day early but due to my daughter's schedule, they arranged a meet time for the next morning. Additionally, he offered to split the cab fare that she incurred to make the pick up. Very impressed! I emailed a question to Michelle after the car had been picked up and she responded promptly. This was my first experience shipping a car and I wouldn't hesitate to use Magic Carpet again if needed!
