Excellent customer service on the coordination side by Magic Carpet Auto Transport. They were honest, and forthright from start to finish. Would recommend.
Magic Carpet coordinates your transport needs with a series of companies not affiliated with Magic Carpet; so you really are at the mercy of the company that actually picks up the vehicle. That, unfortunately, was an entirely different experience . Magic Carpet kept their word, and I'd use them again. Thanks to Susan G. and her colleagues.

Txport company was late on the pickup, and the same on the delivery. They quoted an optimistic, but completely unrealistic delivery date which, surprise !; they could not keep.
Car arrived with a missing mirror cover which the driver offered; had flown off the vehicle in the wind. I would have appreciated an honest estimate on the delivery time, they quoted 4 days; it took 8. A little honesty goes a long way. Replacement cover for mirror was $60 bucks, oh well.
