First let me say I do not usually leave reviews, however this time I will make an exception as Sheila Paquette deserves it! Also let me state I was not compensated in any way nor was I ever offered any form of compensation.

Our daughter died suddenly of Leukemia, she was away in Massachusetts going to school. We had to fly there to handle all of her affairs and get her Subaru back home. We thought of selling it but just couldn't part with it at this point. Needless to say we were in one of the darkest places ever.

We booked with a company who promised us the world and on the day the pick up was supposed to happen, NOTHING. No calls, no answer to our calls or communication what so ever. Our daughters service was to be the next afternoon and we would be leaving back home a couple days after that. So together my husband and I made calls to transport companies. Everyone was cold and unsympathetic and trusting them did not feel like an option.

Then we found transport reviews and Magic Carpet. Upon reading the reviews one thing became crystal clear....we wanted to work with Sheila if she proved to be what all the reviews said. So we called her together and when she came on the line she was as warm, understanding and oh so kind as her reviews led us to believe she would be. She was more concerned about us and the horrible loss we were enduring than the all mighty dollar that seemed to be the focal point of everyone else we had spoken too. We were on speaker phone with her and had many questions and concerns which she answered honestly and patiently. At one point this woman cried on the phone with us over our loss. I could go on and on about how wonderful she was.

We booked with her on the spot and she began the process of finding us a carrier. Long Story short, Sheila did EVERYTHING she said she would and then some. Her communication is 10 star. while we had to leave before the vehicle was was picked up she explained how having a back up plan was so very important. We found a friend of our daughters who was willing to meet the carrier and give him the car and keys. Everythng went off as she said it would and our daughters friend called us to let us know Sheila had been in contact with him the whole time as well as us. The car arrived in the time frame she said it would safe and undamaged. She called us to follow up and to her credit did not even ask for a review. I called her back to ask her how to leave her one and during that conversation she let me know she had not asked as she did not feel with all we were enduring it was an appropriate time or request.

People just don't get better than this. Magic Carpet Auto Transport has a gem in their company and I hope they realize this. Thank you Sheila for all your help, caring and understanding. You are the epitome of what all others should be.

Do yourself a favor and call Sheila, you will not be sorry you did. Ask for her and her alone as I did have the misfortune of speaking to a man in her office who did not have the time of day for me. All he could say was, I don't know, I am not your representative. It was clear he had no desire to asssist me on a day she was out of the office. I quickly called Sheila on her personal cell which she also provided to us and she apologized for this man and told me to only speak with her from this point forward which I was only to happy to comply with.

Remember this one rule of thumb.....YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, with Sheila you will get your moneys worth and whole lot of heart.
