Michelle was pleasant to work with, and very knowledgeable. When, at the last moment, the shipper raised his fee, Michelle worked with us and the shipper to reach a reasonable compromise. She called us the day before pickup to make sure the driver had contacted us (he had). We recommend Magic Carpet Transport in general, and Michelle in particular, to anyone.
