First just wanted to give a special thanks to Stephanie, for helping me when i was in a bind. The night before my pickup with another carrier (not Magic Carpet) I decided to call the driver since I have not heard from him. Low and behold I find out that this driver had contacted the broker and told them he cancelled my transport over a week ago.... that broker never notified me. So basically I had no one picking up my car the following day.

First thing Monday morning I called Magic Carpet, and explained to Stephanie my situation. She found me a driver within the hour and my car was picked up later that day. If I didn't ship my car out that Monday I would have been in a world of hurt becauase I had no place to leave my vehicle after I flew out. My car was picked up as we discussed and delivered on time, as expected. Thank you Magic Carpet and thank you Stephanie.
