Let me start by saying that I was shipping 2 cars from San Diego to Miami. I called around to numerous other companies in order to compare quotes and I will say that Magic Carpet beat all the other companies by at least a few hundred bucks. I spoke with Casey who was able to walk me through the entire process and make everything run very smoothly. We agreed on a tentative pick up date and Casey was very prompt in calling me back as soon as he had a carrier in the area. My cars were picked up on time and were delivered as promised. Casey was very courteous throughout this whole process, and always kept in contact with me though every step of the way. It's great to see a company with such great customer service. If I ever need to ship a car again I will definitely call Magic Carpet again.
