Honestly, I simply do not know how the experience with Magic Carpet could have been any better! Casey (our broker rep) was courteous, prompt, and very professional. Our driver (Global- Vic) was very kind and delivered in 5 days instead of the scheduled 7 (a pleasant surprise). Vic gave us plenty of notice.....2 days prior and than again 2 hours prior to delivery! I looked at all the top rated companies....ths saying is TRUE..."you get what you pay for"! Magic Carpet was comparable to most....but well worth it!!! The lower cost companies end up coming back and charging you more in the end. Magic Carpet simply could not be any better! Scrap the 5 star system and give them 10 STARS!!!!!
