We have never shipped a vehicle before and Don was very informative and helpful throughout the whole process. He kept us up to date and explained the whole process in detail...we were very happy with the customer service we received. We also received the vehicle very quickly. It was picked up from CO on a Thursday evening and delivered the following Monday afternoon to MD. There was one hiccup during the transfer of the vehicle. The auto transport company lost our keys! But we got a quote on a replacement set and subtracted the cost from our payment to them on delivery. The auto transport company agreed with this solution and the delivery was very smooth. I would highly recommend Don Treece and I will definitely call him again if we have a vehicle to transfer.
