the car was not delivered on time. i was trying to call when the due date approached but did not get any response. no one was able telling me what was going on for awhile. the person who took the call over the weekend was not being friendly at all. this is my third time transporting cars. won't use this service again.

Mr. Tran I am so sorry for your unpleasant transport. What occurred with your transport is not at all the norm for myself or magic carpet. I have no excuse except that I was newer and didn't understand part of the process. Again my aplolgies and I hope you will think about using Magic Carpet again Sincerely Sherri
