Absolutely amazing service, Seller changed pickup date twice at last minute. The second time he changed, again I called Michelle at 4:30pm Thursday night & told her seller said truck was to be picked up next morning before 9am because seller stated he was going out of town for two weeks. 1 1/2 hrs later Michelle had a new dispatch lined up for next morning. The driver showed up & picked up vehicle at 8am & delivered to me next day 800 miles away, a day earlier than 'scheduled', which was perfect because it was my original preferred delivery date! Michelle worked hard, keep in constant communication & turned a nightmarish situation with seller into a stress free situation. Even though there was several changes to the original schedule because of the seller, & then the last minute rush, the price stayed the same as originally quoted. I had assumed the price would increase because of multiple last minute changes & finaly the rush at the end, but it didn't! Nice to know there is still such a thing a customer service in the world. I will use Michelle & Magic Carpet Auto Transport again for my next purchase!
