Maybe the Whole Industry is Like This?

This has been my only experience with auto transporting. It was not pleasant. My issues were solved, but several things left wondering wtf? I was given a quote and a date by Magic Carpet for a single, regular sized car. I only chose them from the Net due to their good ratings. Then when the agreed upon date passed, I was asked to pay more for different company. And when that date also passed, the amount was dropped and another date set with another company. Then when that date passed, still another company was enlisted. The new company neither picked the vehicle up the date specified, nor delivered on the date agreed upon. The customer service person from Magic Carpet was nice, but part of a business deal is delivering results in line with the agreements.... In my line of work, I would be fired for delivering such results.

Maybe the whole industry is like this?

Scott, Im sorry for how things went with your order, these things dont happen often but they do. When "dates" are given they are Estimates.
