Took a long time to get the order dispatched. Not a problem for us since we had no rush to get the car moved. The explanation was a backlog of cars due to the bad weather / hurricane on the east coast. (I believe it.) The order was dispatched twice before it was finally picked up. The first was cancelled when the driver figured out the our car would not fit on his carrier. The second when the truck broke down. Third time's the charm. Guess this is why you work with a broker in the first place!
