Casey was great to work with. He was very helpful and was able to have my car picked up on the exact date that I wanted. There was a small hiccup and problem with communication while he was on vacation because my order wasn't fully processed while he was gone. However, 1 phone call to him and I was back on track. Casey also called to check on me the day before my car was picked up and a couple days after it arrived. I even had a positive experience with another person at Magic Carpet. The company transporting the car was late to pick-up the car, and when I called Magic Carpet, the rep who answered the phone (because Casey was at lunch) was able to immediately contact the driver and give me updated information!
