Sue was great! She kept in touch with me and with the drivers from start to finish. Considering how awful the weather in the Northeast was at the time of pickup, I never expected them to arrive on time. I fully expected at least one day late and that would have been fine. When they called and said to expect them in 20 minutes, I was shocked. But Sue was incredible - she was so on top of things at both ends! Really customer service oriented. I had left my car with a neighbor friend and she kept in touch with my friend as well. I would definitely use this company again.
