Don was helpful, though he did not inform us of the possibility of us having to meet the driver at Another location away from the origin and destination points designated in our agreement. Don told us would stay in tOuch with us every step of the way, but I would find out hese things pretty last minute and had to alert our friends picking up and dropping off our vehicle of this rather big hang to the original "door to door" transport agreement. I understand that the driver's truck could not fit under certain highways, but we were not given any advance notice. That would have much appreciated and expected! Otherwise, we received our car on time and that is what we hoped mOst for. Thank you for your help Don.
